CANCELLATION TERMS (a) If you should wish to cancel these are the terms: (ii) 30 Days from completion a 80% money back guarantee will apply (iii) After 30 days only 20% will be given back should you decide you’re unhappy with your service/product. (c) Unless otherwise explicitly agreed and stated, the Company’s responsibility is limited to designing customers’ websites and excludes the update, use, altering, maintenance, troubleshooting etc. of the customer’s website/s once online. The Company reserves the right to request additional payment to cover any or all of such work and/or to refuse to undertake such work. (d) The Company uses customers’ material e.g. text, information, photos etc to design customers’ websites. The site’s content remains the property of the site’s owner “You” the client under no circumstance do we “The Company” take any of your images and text content and use if in any other way.
